Camp Scrubs, hosted by The University of Arizona Medical Center-University Campus and Arizona Youth University, introduces seventh and eighth graders to the nursing profession. Activities include shadowing working nurses, meeting with members of the local fire department, safety training and CPR certification. Students also hear from a variety of UAMC nurses to gain a better understanding of the wide range of specialties available in the nursing career field.
