The UA Staff Advisory Council recently held its Crossroads Conference, which included workshops and lectures designed to inform University employees about ways to make improved health-related choices. Conference speakers and presenters talked about healthy eating, familial responsibilities, managing stress, how to protect one's identity in the digital age and working within and across departments, among other things.
