'On Our Own Time' Largest UA Staff Art Exhibit Ever

<p>Mike Koerner, senior licensing associate in the Office of Technology Transfer, was awarded best of show at the annual "On Our Own Time" staff art exhibit for his palladium print of "Shantz Building Palms" currently on display at the Arizona Health Sciences Library.<br /><br />This year's exhibit is the largest ever with 64 entries from across the University. See the art on the <a href=" http://fp.arizona.edu/sac/">Staff Advisory Council Web site.</a><br /><br />The exhibit features acrylics, charcoal drawings, photography, mixed media, watercolors, palladium prints, steel and iron works, porcelain, gelatin silver prints, mesquite woodwork, stoneware, stained glass mosaics, oil paintings, film photography, pinhole photographs, beads, bronze, wood carvings and fabrics.<br /><br /><br /><br />The exhibit is at the Arizona Health Sciences Library Room 2101 seven days a week through May 27 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., .<br /><br />This juried show was open only to classified staff and academic professionals.
