<p>The University will be conducting an inventory of building and equipment assets for selected departments starting Tuesday, June 20.<br /><br />The UA has contracted with the firm of Steve Hirons & Associates Inc. to conduct the inventory. The purpose is to verify the accuracy of fixed asset records to meet state and federal reporting requirements.<br /><br />The firm will be on campus for several weeks and will need to access all areas during their visit, including secured areas.<br /><br />If your department is selected for review, the person responsible for maintaining your equipment records will be contacted to schedule the inventory.<br /><br />Contact Amy McClure at 621-7741 or Rick Bishop at 621-7717 with questions.<br /></p>
