Arizona's Tax Structure: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly!

Taxes are a hot topic as we approach the November elections and the first Eller College/Bank One Business Forum will address the state's tax structure. The public is invited to attend this straightforward discussion of the pressing tax issues facing Tucson and the state.

Forum presenters include:
Gerald Swanson, Ph.D., associate professor of economics, Eller College, the
University of Arizona
Alberta Charney, Ph.D., research specialist, Economic and Business
Research, Eller College, the University of Arizona
Ted Ferris, deputy chief of staff, Office of the Governor, the State of
Arizona
Steve Huffman, State Representative, the Arizona Legislature

Admission is free. Light Refreshments will be served.
Parking is available at a nominal fee in the visitors' area of the Park
Avenue Garage (enter on Park Ave., just north of the 7-11 store).
