Stress Buster Days at Campus Recreation

Stress is linked to six of the leading causes of death: heart disease, cancer, lung ailments, accidents, cirrhosis of the liver and suicide, according to WebMd.com. The University of Arizona department of campus recreation is sponsoring Stress Buster Days to help combat stress. The UA community is invited to bring a guest to the Student Recreation Center and shoot hoops, play racquetball, swim, lift weights or work out on cardio vascular equipment.

Special Stress Buster events are from 4 p.m.-6 p.m. and will include free massage and other amenities.

All you need is your CatCard. Guest must be 18 or older and have a valid picture ID.
