The UA Archive Ensemble Presents "Exotica"

The UA Archive Ensemble, under the direction of Keith Pawlak, presents a program of Exotica music by Les Baxter and Robert Drasnin. The concert will feature the music of two significant composers in the Exotica movement whose collections are both housed at The University of Arizona School of Music. The evening will open with a showcase of premier live performances of works by the creator of Exotica, Les Baxter.

Following, Drasnin will conduct a selection of pieces from his "Voodoo" albums. Exotica scholar Jeff Chenault and revivalist Skip Heller also will appear.

Admission: $5 student, $7 seniors/UA employees, $9 general admission
