Public Talk on the Four Noble Truths by Khenpo Yeshi Rinpoche

In Buddhism, the central teaching of the Buddha is made up of a set of basic concepts known as the Four Noble Truths: the first is the reality of suffering (Pali dukkha), which carries the meaning of impermanence and imperfection; the second is that suffering is caused by attachments, cravings and desires (tanha); the third is that suffering can be extinguished by breaking our attachment to desires (nirodha); and the fourth is that the path to the ending of suffering provides ways to regulate and discipline behavior.

Born in Tibet, Khenpo Yeshi Rinpoche is a teacher in the Drikung Kagyu tradition.
This event is sponsored by the Drikung Kagyu Buddhist Center of Tucson.
