Culture Craft Saturday: "Such Sweet Sorrow"

In celebration of Daniel Martin Diaz’ solo exhibition, "Anatomy of Sorrow," and in honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month, the Arizona State Museum presents this free family program.

Experience the woefully poetic imagery of Diaz in a his new exhibition, create a matchbox shrine or secret treasure box for someone or something that has special meaning to you, go on a fun discovery hunt to unravel the enchanting mysteries of design motifs throughout "Anatomy of Sorrow" and "Paths of Life" exhibitions. Complete the discovery hunt for a chance to win a signed poster or CD.

Meet the artist and have him sign your book, poster and/or CD. His merchandise will be on sale in the museum store.

Join members of the Pima County Public Library to create Mexican tin art and paper mosaics.
