Farewell Reception for Dean of Students Keith Humphrey

The UA community is invited to wish a warm farewell to Keith Humphrey, Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students. The event is from 3:30-5 p.m., and there will be a brief program beginning at 4 p.m.

Humphrey has accepted the position of Vice President for Student Affairs at California Polytechnic in beautiful San Luis Obispo, Calif.

"While I am sad to see him go, I am extremely grateful for his service to the Division of Student Affairs, which began as a hall director for Arizona-Sonora in 1998," Vice President for Student Affairs Melissa Vito wrote in a campus memo. "Since then, Keith's contributions have ranged from enlivening our commencement and convocation, to strengthening our student success programs. He also played a critical role in the success of our divisional transformation."

Please wish him well before his departure.
