We are the memories we create and the stories we tell, and for members of the UA family, there is much to recognize.
Among us are people who spend hours tweaking experiments and inspecting data with the intention to improve not only what we know but also how we engage and connect with one another, our planet and even our cosmos.
Some travel to all parts of the world, learning and sharing and at times volunteering to help dig water wells, build schools, jumpstart businesses, boost economies and inform policymakers and others on important contemporary issues.
Also among us are innovators. We are reshaping the classroom environment, finding new ways to establish public-private partnerships, inventing the next generation of medical procedures and treatments and also helping to address local global crises around natural resources.
We work hard, and we play hard – whether taking yet another national championship or Olympic medal, performing at Carnegie Hall or receiving national and international awards for our work.
For years, the Office of University Communications has worked to document and narrate the UA’s collective story. Just as the UA family will continue to develop, grow and make positive impacts locally and globally, so too will this blog grow. This is one part of the continuation if our efforts to share the amazing work of members of the Wildcat community.
And to do so, we need your help and support.
We will update the blog multiple times each week with information about what UA students, faculty and staff are doing on campus, throughout Arizona, across the nation and in other parts of the world.
